1. License Grant

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use ScanFai for authorized healthcare workflows.

2. Allowed Use

• Use only with approved DocFai user accounts.
• Use only for lawful medical and administrative purposes.
• Follow institutional policy for patient data handling.

3. Restricted Use

• No reverse engineering, tampering, or bypassing controls.
• No unauthorized sharing of protected health data.
• No use that violates local healthcare or privacy laws.

4. Data and Compliance

You are responsible for lawful use of uploaded data. The app provides security controls but does not replace professional, legal, or regulatory obligations.

5. Warranty and Liability

The app is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, the provider disclaims implied warranties and limits indirect or consequential liability.

6. Changes and Termination

This license may be updated or terminated for misuse, security risk, or legal non-compliance.
